4. Gmail Access and Permissions

• Take responsibility for third-party product quality

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

• Email deliverability or Gmail service issues
• Third-party product quality or availability
• Lost business opportunities or revenue
• Data loss due to technical issues

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OppScout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100 if you haven't paid anything).
